About the room
2 Unfurnished private rooms, 1 single room accessible through the house and another 1 single room accessible to back outside patio and carport as well as a second door accessible to the house, shared bathroom and kitchen, you must provide your own food. Guest are welcome but limited, No pets are allowed inside the house. Washer & Dryer are available to room tenents, Clean up behind yourself is requested. There are no housekeepers or maids. Wifi is available to tenent ONLY & will be monitored by Owner, Bills are included in room rental amount. Must have full amount upon move in. No deposit are required and move-in date is month to month.
About the roomies
It’s a 5 bedroom home with one couple living upstairs and a one adult down stairs. Everyone keeps to themselves & out each other’s way. People Friendly, Positive, & God fearing environment. We’re not saints but acknowledge the most high in many ways. We do what we can to help each other when we can.
