About the room
Excellent location in a nice neighborhood. We are looking for someone who will have the house mostly to themselves, with my husband working out of the upstairs room that is over the garage on some days. Kitchen cabinets and appliances are all new. House was renovated in 2021 with just 1 renter who was very clean since then.
About the roomies
Currently it is just my husband using the office room several days a week. We are tax professionals and have other homes where we live.
