The room is located in the area of Bryan’s Cove within Chesapeake. There is a dresser and mirror that you can utilize already to use. On the first floor, you can use it as a living room. The bathroom which you will use is next to your room. Use of the washer and dryer, Internet, electric, and is included in your rent. The housing community has a very nice pool, jungle gym, and clubhouse. There is a required, non refundable $250 deposit which will hold your place. Rent is maxed to $900. You can pay with CashApp or money order. We will have to sign a rental agreement stipulating rules as well.

The only person living here is me: Justin Thomas. I’m a retired U.S. Navy sailor. I usually hang out on the couch while watching TV. I do some traveling in the summer as well
