Private room in luxury upgraded 2400 sf home in Henderson in the new Inpsirada neighborhood. It’s just me and will only add this one roommate so the house will be just for myself and this roomate my mom does visit a few times a year and will use the other guest room sometimes, but it is just me and not a house full of tenants. Your own bathroom but it is next to room not en-suite but will be just for tenant. I am 44 year old male I work from home but spend 5 days a week with my dogs at my x-wife’s house usually 5pm to 2am mon-fri so a lot of time to yourself there. Full use of kitchen and loft upstairs I do spend most of my time in the downstairs living room and downstairs den/office so loft would be mostly for tenant. The photos in the listing is not the current furniture that is all different now. There is a small backyard and you would have street parking in front of home or close it’s usually not a lot of cars since all the homes have 2 plus car garages.

I am a 44 year old divorced male I do smoke cannabis and I smoke in the house cannabis only cigarettes are ok but outside only.
