Current tenants are myself and my older brother. We are both in our early thirties. Brother wants to relocate ASAP. I am a working professional, a Catholic, and a single mom to an elementary-aged child who resides with me part-time, so the home is expected to remain a safe, structured, and quiet environment. I do anticipate that I’ll host friends or small groups occasionally as well as host my child’s friends on occasion. I seek to foster an environment of safety, comfort, and companionship, and would welcome meals or activity/time shared once a week or so to build and maintain a sense of community and shared contribution to the quality of the environment.
