I inherited my family home, where I was born & raised. It is 4 bedrooms, 2 bath. The bedroom can be finished or not. I have only 1 tenant & would like to have 1 more. Preferably a temporary tenant, like a traveling nurse, college Student etc. The hospital is walking distance, 2 blocks from here

I live in Napa, I do still hold a bedroom for myself in Lodi. My room has a small bathroom that we would share when I’m there. I might come & stay for a few days every couple of months. That’s just a break from my hubby & check on the house for leaks or anything else.

Roommate is low keyworks full-time, off on Fridays and Saturdays. Nice Christen lady in her 30’s
