We have laundry in unit, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove. The living and dining areas are furnished. The property itself is quite beautiful, with lots of trees and plants. There are multiple fitness centers and pools as well. This is a safe area, with lots of families. We are located about 5 minutes from both CSUSM and Palomar College, as well as from lots of shopping and restaurants.
