Most Bills Are Included Nice quiet apartment complex within in 5 minutes of Highway and nearby shopping. Community has two swimming pools with a spa and fitness center, a mile-marked running track, grilling area, clubhouse, and locker room for packages.

Room for rent is Unfurnished, nice walk-in closet and you’ll have a private bathroom. No other roommates just us two.

Seeking Female preferred age 35 & up - No Couples - No Smoking - preferred 6-12 month rental. I have no pets but if you have a small pet (dog, cat only) that’s okay, you will need to pay pet deposit. Apartments charge $75 for background check.

About Me: I am Christian, Friendly, and a little introverted I kinda keep to myself. I work 2nd shift so I am a bit of a nightowl and shift doesn’t allow much social life. If you are a chill no drama, low-key and laid back type of person, we would be a good fit.
