About the room
This is a spacious and modern private room with a shared bathroom that is kept clean at all times. You will share the bathroom with a clean and nice girl. The apartment comes with in Unit laundry and a balcony. It also has a fully furnished and spacious kitchen and living room space. The apartment complex is located 3 minutes from NOHO west. It is a gated community with a Gym, bbq and games area.
About the roomies
I live with three other lovely roommates. 2 girls and one guy. I will be leaving and you will be taking the room I had. One of the girls is an actor and Dancer, the other girl is an engineer. On the second floor, lives a guy who currently goes to acting school. We like to keep our spaces clean and neat and to communicate if anything can be done better as a group.
