Our home is in a peaceful mobile home community with many long-term residents, giving it a stable and quiet feel. We’re conveniently located near the 405 freeway and just minutes from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

This room is ideal for someone who needs to place to rest, save money, and/or going to school. We can help with a bed and mattress( in picture ). Fridge and wardrobe will be provided.

This is a quiet, respectful, drama-free, no-party household and an LGBTQ+ friendly environment. We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and responsible who values a peaceful living space. Ideally a non-smoker with stable income and a consistent schedule. No drugs or alcohol consumption inside the house.

Once Roomies’s background check is cleared and approved by us, you will complete an application by the property. Since we live in a community with families and children, the property manager requires all applicants to complete a screening process. This helps ensure a safe and peaceful environment for everyone. The application fee will be reimbursed once you are approved.

We are a recently married couple who recently moved to the community. We’re working professionals in our 30s and 40s, sharing our home with a family member. We have two indoor cats, as well as a rescued mother cat we are currently rehoming. She stays around the mobile unit. All cats are spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated.

We have a washer and dryer inside the home to wash. The mobile home community also has shared laundry facilities available.

At this time, there is no dedicated parking space available for this room. We currently park our third vehicle on the street without issues. We just park our car to the opposite side of street where sweeping is not passing ( Mondays & Wednesday).

We share one restroom. A cleaning service comes once per month to clean the restroom and kitchen, and we maintain cleanliness on a daily basis.
