Furnished room available in a 3-bedroom house with access to the kitchen, living room, and game/music room. The room includes access to a bathroom that is primarily for your use and is only shared occasionally when company is visiting, which is not very often. You’ll have the freedom to come and go as you please in a quiet, relaxed home environment. The house also has a pool, which is currently not operational, but I plan to have it working within the next few months. Looking for a respectful tenant who values a calm household. Prefer to rent to one person only, with limited guest traffic and no frequent coming and going of additional people. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A minimum 6-month rental commitment is required.

I have a large Labrador who is friendly. Come and go as you please. I am a single man with 3 grown kids, looking to rent out a room for some extra income.
