The available room is featured as the second room in the video and shares a bathroom with just one other person. It gets plenty of natural sunlight, making it bright and cozy throughout the day.

You’ll be living with a group of easygoing, respectful guys in a safe and convenient neighborhood close to shops, cafes, and transit. The apartment is pet-friendly — there’s one small dog and a kitten who are both super friendly and well-behaved.

The room is unfurnished, so you can make it your own. Applicants will need to submit an application to the leasing company for approval. The Lease ends October 31st but we will most likely renew it for another year after that. Please be first month and Deposit ready for the 1st of June move in. Which will be a total of 2,150. If you do not meet the qualifications to get approved for the lease we can work with you.
