I’m going abroad to England for the Fall 2026 semester and need someone to sublease my room. Bedroom has a full size bed, desk and chair, nightstand, and dresser. There’s a walk-in closet and en-suite full bathroom. It’s very close to CSU campus and multiple bus stops. There’s a shared living room and kitchen with a dishwasher. I’m willing to negotiate paying some of the rent and move-in/out dates. I have a parking space in the parking garage in my lease; if you don’t have a car I will pay for the spot. We have in-unit laundry and A/C.

I live with Owen, Liam, and Lauren. They are all very nice people and a little more introverted than extraverted. Owen and Lauren both have cats (Mob and Tommy).
