Large bedroom with a private full bathroom in a huge 3-bedroom, 3-bath house with a plush backyard and an ocean view, 2 decks with views of the ocean, and a deck in the back yard that is “shaded and cool” with great privacy. The views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, and the top-floor suite are gorgeous. The house is located in the desirable Eucalyptus Hill neighborhood on a very quiet “private lane” just off APS, with tremendous views from nearly every room. Private entrance, Wi fi, washer, and dryer, utilities included. Great location for a traveling nurse or someone moving to Santa Barbara who needs a place to land.

I am the only one living in the house. I work remotely from my house and have a very sweet female German Shepherd. Clean and quiet…
