Tenant is able to use kitchen space as well as private kitchen pantry included and personal fridge. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Preferably for one person with stable income, no pets (may consider one pet not multiple). Prefer someone that is looking for long term renting 12 months - 18 months. Please no smoking/alcohol, no guests. For the restroom we ask that you clean it once a week. For the kitchen we ask that you clean up after every use.

Only 15 mins by street to Travis Air Force Base!! And 13 mins by street to UC Davis!! Elementary, Middle are within a 6 min commute. High school is directly infront of the home about a 1 min walk.
