San Miguel Apartments is a gated apartment community tucked between IH-10 and Loop 1604 in northwest San Antonio. La Cantera and The Rim are right around the corner, so shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are basically a 5 to 10 minute drive. UTSA and Six Flags are nearby too.

The complex has a 24-hour multi-level fitness studio, a pool with covered cabanas, an outdoor kitchen with gas grills, an outdoor game area, a car care center, and a dog park with a pet wash station. Pet-friendly (up to 2 pets). The room itself is the Guadalupe floor plan, unfurnished, with a walk-in closet. There’s a bathroom right outside the room that you’d have to yourself, not shared with me.

Professional. Clean, organized, and easygoing. I usually work 10am to 7pm (or later) and I’m a night owl, usually in bed by 12 or 1am. Love cooking, keeping houseplants around, and I’m a big film and show buff. Game nights are my thing, and I play PC games every now and then. I enjoy renaissance festivals. My girlfriend comes over every now and then or I’ll go up to Austin to see her. I respect boundaries, prefer to talk things out when something comes up, and enjoy a good deep conversation. Fair warning: I sing occasionally.
