Private room (the smaller of the two) with external bathroom. Apartment within walking distance of The Pruneyard and Downtown Campbell. Amenities include a parking space, small balcony, and in-unit laundry. The living and dining room are sparsely furnished as I haven’t had time to plan fully re-furnishing the space prior to my roommate moving out! The complex also has a pool/outside grilling area and an elevator. Trash and water included. Pet rent is $100 a month.
I’m a young professional currently bartending while I look for a long-term career in corporate communications or the publishing industry! I’m relatively tidy and enjoy a put-together common space. I enjoy being busy: be it finding cute cocktail bars, coffee shops, or going to concerts. I drive up to the city a lot. I’m allergic to cats so unfortunately can’t live with one.
