I am looking for a roommate for my apartment in a beautiful Victorian home in Easton, PA. Rent is $850.00 / month plus shared utilities (electric, water, trash, wifi). The home is located in a safe neighborhood in College Hill, within walking distance of Lafayette.
The apartment is on the second floor and has a shared living room, sun room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a garage and backyard space. There is no laundry on site, however there are hookups if you’re interested in splitting the cost of a washer/dryer. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
About the roomies
A little about me: I am a 30 year old woman. I work a hybrid job and commute to NJ a couple times a week. When I’m not working I enjoy yoga, gardening and generally being outside.
