The room is fully furnished but furniture can be moved if someone has their own furniture. The room is large. It’s 11ft by 19ft with the bathroom right across the hall. It has a ceiling fan with a light, a dresser, bed, and tv. There is a full size washer and dryer and access to a full kitchen. Outside smoking is permitted. We have a little porch in the front of our house with two rocking chairs. We are close to the Tarpon Springs Sponge docs and US 19. There are many plazas and restaurants close by.
Hello my name is Regina and my husband and I have been living in our home for almost 3 years. We already have two dogs so we cannot accept any more animals. I work part-time as a behavior specialist and my husband works at advance auto parts. I usually get home about 3 o’clock every day. He works nights so he is home after nine. We are both laid back and would like the same for a roommate. I enjoy singing and creating journals and Bill likes working on home projects. Our 2 dogs are very well behaved and love people.
