The room is fully furnished but furniture can be moved if someone has their own furniture. The room is large. It’s 11ft by 19ft with the bathroom right across the hall. It has a ceiling fan with a light, a dresser, bed, and tv. There is a full size washer and dryer and access to a full kitchen. Outside smoking is permitted. We have a little porch in the front of our house with two rocking chairs. We are close to the Tarpon Springs Sponge docs and US 19. There are many plazas and restaurants close by.

Hello my name is Regina and my husband and I have been living in our home for almost 3 years. We have two dogs so no one with animals, please.
