Easy access to washer/dryer, front door, and garage. Trash and internet are included, split on utilities for electric/water/sewer. $300 security deposit.
Quick access to NB/SB 202, 60, and Mesa Gateway. Flexible on type of lease that’s needed.
Place has a community pool, pickleball, dog park, basketball court. Please no cats.
About the roomies
28 year old estimator in the construction industry for 7 years. I go by my middle name Patrick. Started relocating for work after college in early 2020 right before Covid hit and was on the road for 4.5 years. Settled in Phoenix in Spring 2024, haven’t looked back, and recently bought a house. Always up for an adventure at the drop of a hat. Recently getting back into tennis after a hiatus. Will never say no to watch college basketball/football or NHL. Always down for a dope cocktail or a pint of Guinness. Bit of a nerd, I love trivia. I like hiking but I’m not too fond of camping. Will practically listen to any type of music except for modern “country”, that stuff is practically pop. In bed on weeknights by 9:30 and up at 5:30-6:00. Weekends are a wild card.
I enjoy a clean house but I will struggle to keep up some times. You’ll see a cleaner common area rather than my room. I enjoy my solitude and privacy particularly on Sundays, but I like be to social the rest of the week. I’m a bit of a security snob.
