I am looking to rent out a room, furnished or unfurnished. (Full size Bed, nightstand) I am also open to renting 2 rooms in my house for extra to same person if they want more space or have 1 child. I have a single story 3 bedroom, 1 bath ranch with fenced yard. Utilities and internet included, unless excessive use. No other pets allowed because of pets on property already.

I am pregnant with my first child. Due in December. I need to supplement income to prepare for the baby and need a roommate that is quiet, respectful and does not have a lot of people coming over. I value privacy. I have 2 small dogs and a cat. My neighbor lets the dogs out during the day. Monthly discounts available if help cleaning since I’m pregnant and work full time.
