One bedroom with a queen size bed and own bathroom. The property is in a community which will require a code to gain entry. It has a club and pool house in the community. Utilities are included. The common area will be shared with myself.

I am the only person residing here. I am a very clean person who is pretty easy going person until boundaries are broken. I do not wear shoes in the house. I have a small dog here so the person that makes the decision to take the room has to like dogs. I respect people’s privacy, so I expect the same reciprocation.
