Very nice area, big beautiful fenced in yard with a deck. I have two bedrooms available. There is one and a half bathrooms. No pets, no children. I’m super chill and usually stay in my room. House is really nice. All utilities are split.

I am a single woman and I am not home too often. I work a lot and plan to travel a lot this year. I am very easy going. I don’t mind smoking as long as it’s outside which there is porch furniture so you can relax. I love coffee, shopping and do not have company to often. If I do have one person over from time to time I will be in my room being quiet . I don’t mind the same. Just be respectful and clean up after yourself. I am a clean person. That’s all I ask.
