The room is very spacious and has its own bathroom. The living room is large and the kitchen has plenty of space for cooking. With how busy the roommates are there was always time to cook. There is a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The balcony over looks nature scenery. There is a gym and pool available to all tenants just a quick walk way.

I will be moving out. My roommate and I are both residents at Good Samaritan Medical Center. He is an orthopedic surgical resident who is busy most of the day nearly every day at the hospital. He has lived in California and Texas and is originally from California. We weren’t overly strict and didn’t have too many rules in place however the place remained neat and clean.
