The apartment has a really nice mix of modern updates and cozy character. It’s spacious, gets a lot of natural light, and has hardwood floors, updated appliances, in-unit laundry, and a comfortable open layout that makes it easy to relax or hang out. There’s also extra space that works great for a home office, study area, or creative setup.

The location is awesome too close to Midtown and Downtown Detroit, Wayne State, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, parks, and nightlife, while still being in a quieter neighborhood. Parking and secured entry are a big plus as well.

I’m hoping to find a roommate who’s friendly, respectful, clean, and easy to live with. Overall it’s a great spot if you want a comfortable place with a good vibe and convenient location.
