Hello friends! I have a room in my 2 story, 2 bedroom / 1+1/2 bathroom townhome off or Oregon Pike and Landis Valley, minutes from downtown Lancaster, that I’d like to rent to you. The house is located in a very quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood. We have a dedicated parking spot and a garage out back, a full washer/dryer, and community amenities to enjoy. Your $950 a month pays for the rent and your share of all utility bills, which I take care of, so you just have to worry about making the one payment. The lease is coming due soon so if you sign on with me, you’ll have housing security for at least one year. My name is Chris, I work from home and do a lot of creative projects so I spend a significant amount of time in my room. I do own two cats but I split custody of them with my ex-wife roughly every month or so. I’m a pretty laid back person, so as long as you pay your rent on time, respect my space and belongings (including the cats), we will get along just fine. I want you to feel home when you live here, so we can arrange any furniture you may bring to be organized into the layout. I don’t own all that much stuff so making room won’t be difficult.
