Fully finished basement with large living area, kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom. Comes fully furnished, unless you’d prefer otherwise.

Just me, 42 year old business owner/social worker and mom of 2.5 year old boy. He lives here with me, so it’s helpful if you don’t hate children :) We are home a lot, so you’d have to be ok with that. My mom also visits frequently. But we will let you have as much privacy as you desire!

FYI: The only entrance is through the front door on the main floor, so you will share a common entrance/exit with us. Must be ok with dogs - we have a very large, but super sweet Newfoundland dog.
