———————————————————— THE NEIGHBORHOOD ———————————————————— Heritage Hill is Grand Rapids’ oldest established neighborhood and one of the best places to spend a summer in the city. You’re within walking distance of nearly everything:
→ Brewery Vivant and Cherry Street dining, a short walk south → Downtown Grand Rapids less than a mile west — walk or bike → The Rapid bus lines for car-free commuting → Many parks nearby → Medical Mile, Spectrum Health, and GRCC all close → GVSU Grand Rapids and MSU Grand Rapids campus nearby
Neighbors here are the kind who say hi. The architecture is genuinely beautiful — Victorian homes, tree-canopied streets, front porches made for summer evenings.
———————————————————— WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ———————————————————— This is a cooperative household — we’re looking for someone who will be a good neighbor, not just a good tenant. Great fit for:
• Students or interns in Grand Rapids for the summer • Healthcare workers and Medical Mile staff • Young professionals who want to walk or bike to work • Anyone who wants to be in a real neighborhood, not a complex
No smoking inside. Pets can be discussed. Background check required.

Please include a brief intro about yourself — who you are, and when you’re looking to move in. We respond to every message.

About the roomies
The house is a multigenerational cooperative, with members spanning 20-70 years old. People are quiet and respectful and arrange times to meet and eat together. We set times for house meetings and coordinate for social activities.
