Subleasing my private room in a quiet 3BR/3BA in Williamsburg, available July 1 through early October.

The room has a full bed, large desk with external monitor, dedicated office chair, private full bathroom with bathtub, and its own AC. Fully furnished and remote work ready. Linens, towels, and everything you need included. The apartment has in-unit washer/dryer, a full kitchen with shared cookware, dishwasher, living room with TV, and two quiet easygoing roommates.

Less than a 5 minute walk to a Citibike dock, 5 to 10 minutes to four subway lines (L/G at Metropolitan-Lorimer, J/M at Marcy Ave), and into Manhattan in under 15 minutes. Domino Park, McCarren Park, and the East River Ferry are all nearby.

The heart of Williamsburg is right around the corner with restaurants, bars, live music, and some of the best people watching in the city. Your stay also overlaps with the World Cup this summer, with NYC hosting matches — a great home base for it.

I’m a PhD biomedical engineer and startup founder heading abroad for a few months. The two other roommates are working professionals in their late 20s with hybrid schedules. The apartment has a calm, productive energy with very clean common spaces. Everyone is friendly but keeps to themselves. We each have our own workspace in our rooms so there’s no competition for desk space. Looking for someone quiet and respectful who will take good care of the space.
