This is a three bedroom apartment in an intracoastal neighborhood. The room has a lake view and one full wall of mirrored closets and wood laminate floors. The second bathroom would be shared. The neighborhood is a little gem on the water. We have a pool over looking the water and a private beach with a fire pit. A walking trail and place to store paddle boards and kayaks. There are two boat docks on the property as well.

I’m a 48 year old female and had my two boys (23 and 27) living with me until one of my sons recently moved out. My other son will be staying until our lease is up next May. He works two jobs and long hours I work full time as well and were rarely home. When we are we enjoy just relaxing either in the patio or in our rooms. We keep the apartment tidy. Must be ok with our two super sweet cats.
