Spacious room available in a 7 bed / 3 bath house located near the University of Washington. The room has a large layout with a big semi walk in closet and plenty of space for a desk, bed, and storage. Shared bathroom on the second floor.

The house is in a great location close to UW campus, University Village, Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Target, restaurants, coffee shops, and multiple bus lines. Easy access to street parking plus parking in the back if needed. Great setup for students or young professionals looking for a social but respectful living environment.

Rent is $950 + utilities. Sublease would run from June through the end of August. Furniture can also be included or sold for a low price if interested.

Current roommates are UW students and alumni, mostly between ages 19–25. Very chill, respectful, and social environment. Mostly Hispanic household with people who are easy to get along with and keep the house welcoming and comfortable. Everyone balances school, work, and social life well.

We’re looking for someone responsible and communicative who would fit well with the current vibe of the house.
