Very private. It’s a little Oasis the property is well maintained privacy fence all round property you have your own exit. Very pretty property I never had a problem I lived there for several years is very quiet as well in the evening as well as morning. You also can put your car in the driveway it’s actually off street parking and that’s not good for a lot of people who live in the area.

About the roomies

I’m a very private person I always have no I keep to myself. No one else lives there. You must be clean at all times the apartment is well as yourself people are so gross and so musty and do not take care of themselves I’m very picky believe me so if you’re nasty do not respond to this ad disgusting take care of yourself and take care of other people property. I always say you don’t know who you need in the long run so keep the place tidy make sure everything is the way it should be. The younger generation I am not here to babysit.
