Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female to take over the remainder of a lease for one of the bedrooms and bathrooms in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Martinez through October. My current roommate is leaving the country, so I am hoping to find a great replacement roommate until then.

The apartment includes:

• Private bedroom + private bathroom

• Shared living room and kitchen

• In-unit laundry

• Pool on property

Monthly cost is approximately $1,500–$1,600 total including rent, PG&E, water, and internet (all split evenly).

My work schedule is a bit all over. I have some days I’m at the apartment a bit and other days where I’m not there very long at all! I’m down to just keep to myself or would also love to get to know a new friend too!
