Looking for a quiet, safe, and comfortable place to stay during your contract or internship? We have three fully furnished upstairs rooms available in a beautiful, secure gated community in Aiken. This is a pool home. Rooms vary in price from $1000-$1200 monthly.

The entire upstairs serves as a private oasis for roommates, while the homeowner (a traveling professional engineer/consultant) occupies the downstairs master bedroom at the back of the house. Because the owner travels for business, they are away 3 to 4 days a week, and occasionally for 1 to 2 weeks at a time, offering you an incredible amount of peace and privacy.

The Spaces Available: The Executive Suite: A large, fully furnished room featuring its own private, attached full bathroom. Perfect for someone wanting complete privacy.

Rooms 2 & 3: Two separate, fully furnished private bedrooms that share a clean, spacious full bathroom located between them.

All rooms come equipped with comfortable beds and essential furniture—just bring your suitcase! You are welcome to bring your own bed as well.

Premium Shared Amenities Include: Outdoor Living: Access to an incredible backyard featuring a large deck, a fully screened-in back porch, and a beautiful inground pool—perfect for unwinding after a long shift.

Home Features: Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable shared living room, and an in-house laundry room with washer/dryer.

All-Inclusive Living: High-speed internet and all utilities (power, water, trash) are fully included in the rent. No utility setups or surprise split bills.

The Ideal Housemate: We are looking for clean, respectful, and responsible professionals, co-ops, or interns (SRS contractors, medical professionals, etc.). Please note there is one friendly cat who lives in the home, so housemates must be cat-friendly!

Location & Commute: Located in a highly desirable, quiet gated neighborhood in Aiken. Exceptional proximity to the Savannah River Site, local hospitals, Augusta, and downtown Aiken.

Rent: ($1200 for Suite] / [$1000 for Shared Bath Rooms] per month.

Security Deposit: $1000-$1200 Depending on room.

Utilities: Included (Electricity, Water, Gas, Internet, Trash) Furnished: Yes (Beds and bedroom furniture included) Lease Term: Flexible / Short-term available (Perfect for 3-6 month rotations)

Pet Policy: Cat already on-site; small pets possibly allowed on a case-by-case basis. An additional deposit of $500 would be required. This deposit is refundable with no damage.

Parking: Safe parking in driveway within a secured, gated community.
