About the room

This condo is so spacious & beautiful, the photos don’t do it justice! It’s technically a 3-bed, counting a fully finished 3rd floor with a 2nd full bathroom. However, I am only looking for one roommate so that each tenant (me & you?) will have their own office space, living/lounge space, and bathroom in addition to a private bedroom.

The 2nd floor living room & dining room are furnished. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, but the new tenant will have the entire 3rd floor to themselves. The third floor has space for a home office, a living room & a full bathroom. It’s big!

There is free parking & laundry in the basement.

There is additional storage space in the basement & a small garage.

My business pays for the wifi, and I pay for compost because it’s important to me. I also have a Costco membership that I can share :) Utilities are extra.

Yes, I do bring home flowers often :)

About the roomies

I’m Katie, a 32 y/o floral business owner. I work from home roughly 1-3 days a week, though it varies seasonally. I enjoy gardening, birding, fitness, and cooking. I consider myself pretty outdoorsy and love trail running, kayaking & hiking. I have a 9-year-old cat, who is very friendly and accepts attention from anyone willing to give it to him. No additional pets. I enjoy a peaceful home where I can rest. I am tidy but not obsessive, though common area tidiness is important to me.

Ideally, I’m looking for a female roommate, but I’m open!
