About the room

Must be ok with cats. No animals of your own. No kids. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Shower is shared, yet separated by doors in the middle. As of right now it’s on the second floor, but I may try to move to the first floor. The only space for you is your bedroom and bathroom. I occupy the living spaces with work things. It’s a shared kitchen. There’s a porch that you’re welcome to use. Washer and dryer in unit. Split utilities. Other rules will be discussed later.

About the roomies

I’m in my mid thirties. Quiet and kind, I’d like someone similar. I have two cats who are very easy to get along with. I’m definitely clean, but I’m a bit disorganized.
