I’m moving out of this amazing room, I’m going to be sad to part with it. Available for June 7th move-in, or earlier fi you need. It’s 11’x14’ with a closet, with a 2nd story window and walls that insulate sound well. There’s a fully stocked kitchen you can use. It’s in a gated complex, laundry is downstairs.

And the location! In North Park on the edge of University Heights, in a nicely walkable area, four blocks from Balboa Park, 24-hour tacos down the street, Smart and Final two blocks away, less than 10 minutes walking from 30th st nightlife, and walking distance from Hillcrest.

The rent is $1000, plus $60 utilities. You would be signing on for a 2 month sublet. On August 7th, the roommates are moving out and you would have the option to sign a lease for a longer stay. Basic cleaning, clean up dishes when you’re done, nothing crazy. I’m going to be removing all the furniture in the room, the mattress will stay unless you don’t want it to. I might leave some furniture or plants if you want.

The roommates are 25 and really laid back and sweet. Someone in their 20s, max 30 years old, would best fit the home environment. You need to be not homophobic- female or LGBT preferred- but really just looking for anyone chill. There’s a well-trained short hair dog who keeps to herself. The home is 420 friendly (smoking outside).
