I currently have 2 cats and live in a quiet apartment complex right off of fleur near the airport, one of my cats is a rescue so unsure about their willingness to coop with other cats but does very well with the other cat here. looking for a calm easygoing individual to fill in a co-lease for the remaining 15 months. i got a 1000sq foot apartment with a 11x9ft bedroom with a double wide closet i could take the few things out of to be unused and can share every other living space here, the neighbors are easygoing and older so no loud stereos etc. its a smoke free environment, preferred non drinkers but 420 ok outdoors with medcard. complex goes to bed early usually including myself by 8-11pm and up early to seize the day at work. shared bathroom with amazing water pressure all throughout the dwelling, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven range with electric cooktops are included. will be furnished and can adjust as needed.

About the roomies

37 soon to be 38 year old male easygoing gamer, just trying to get by and strive for positive values and good morals in a roomate. seeking someone to fill the 2nd bedroom thats a 11x9ft with a double wide closet and can share the rest of the apartment, ill have my own bedroom. introverts would be more than welcome here looking for a home to unwind, recharge, and recover, i still wear masks and try to avoid the illness waves in summer/winter, would be preferred if seasonal masking/precautions were done as well. i pretty much stick to being in my room when home or cooking up meals just spending time with the cats and relaxing.
