12 month lease Two rooms 14x12 ($740) and 11x11 ($680) in a single floor house with AC, Washer/Dryer, 2 car Garage, Front/Back yard, Dishwasher, and 5 minute bike ride to the LINC. No utilities included but it’s usually around 80 bucks or so. Also, 3 beds share 1 full bath. Happy to give tours, no pets please

It’s a four bed and the last 2 of us are both mechanical Engineers finishing up our last year at OSU. We play music, love the outdoors, campfires, going out etc. I personally read, dirtbike and paint as well. It’s a chill house we’re clean but not anal about anything. If we have people over its usually for grilling or band practice and little get togethers. Preferably looking for students
