Cozy private bedroom available for rent in a friendly Ventura neighborhood. The room comes furnished with a bed frame and dresser, and includes a mini fridge. You’ll have your own private bathroom, and a stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located just outside your door.

All utilities included.

Street parking is available right outside in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood.

Please note that I have two dogs and two cats in the home. I do my best to keep pet hair to a minimum, but as the dogs are white, some hair is to be expected. No additional pets from the tenant, please.

We’re a young couple in our early 20s who work in the automotive industry. We enjoy cooking and keeping a relaxed, low-key home — weekends are usually quiet around here. We’re respectful of shared spaces and expect the same in return.

We do travel occasionally, so from time to time a trusted pet sitter may be staying at the home to care for the animals. We’ll always give advance notice when that’s the case.
