Looking to rent out a room & bathroom to a female young professional or graduate student. Unfurnished space. Seeking a roommate who is clean, considerate, and a non-smoker. Would love to be friends but also don’t mind if you prefer to keep to yourself. I have a friendly, hypoallergenic dog. I am not open to most pets, but possibly open to a smaller dog. $900 per month, utilities and Internet included. Flexible on move-in date and term would be month-to-month.
