Looking for a quiet female professional. Clean and is ok with cats. It is a 3 bedroom 1st floor apartment in a 2 family home. Full kitchen and shared bathroom and shared 3rd bedroom. This can be a shared space and comes with a desk and couch already provided and will be used as an office as well. You get a full closet and pantry and internet will be included. You will also have off street parking and drive way parking shared. There is a back patio and grill available for gatherings or parties.

Hey! I’m looking for a roommate for a July move-in the New Britain area.
A little about me — I’m pretty laid back, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I work full-time and mostly keep things low-key during the week, but I’m always down to hang out, grab food, watch something, etc. I’m looking for a roommate situation that’s friendly and comfortable, not just random people sharing space.
I’d love to find someone who’s:
- responsible with rent/bills
- reasonably clean
- communicative and respectful
- chill and drama-free
Move-in would ideally be July 1, but I can be a little flexible.
