The room itself is a bit smaller, but it’s located right next to a bathroom that would primarily be yours to use (only occasionally shared with guests). The house is a cozy 4-bedroom, 2-bath home, and the room can come semi-furnished with a desk and dresser if that’s helpful. We do share a driveway with the neighboring house, but there is consistently parking available for our home. The location is tucked between Argo Cascades and the Kerrytown Market & Shops area, making Central Campus and the hospital about a 15-minute walk away.

You’d be sharing the home with two other people and a very sweet, energetic dog. My roommate Lauren and I have been long-time friends, and we’re very open to building a friendly, comfortable home with the person we live with. We both have a strong Christian faith and would ideally love to live with someone who shares similar values. We’re home fairly often, as we both work from home a few days a week. Looking for someone friendly, respectful, and a good overall fit for the home.
