I have a spare bedroom that I barely use, looking to alleviate some financial stress because why not. It’s a 2/1 so it would be a shared bathroom, but I really don’t use much space. The room is 12x10 with a large closet. Space available in the patio locked storage.

Utilities would just be half electric plus 25 for the community grouped bill.

Shorter timeframes OK. I’m currently on a month-to-month lease but willing to renew it with someone. I expect the office will require some sort of application.

The apartment has a very nice open kitchen and balcony to a gigantic dog park/greenery view (first floor). Washer/dryer and air conditioning.

It has only been myself and my ~16-year-old cat, who is super cuddly and pretty chill, though she may meow at you.

I’m the video game/hiking/coding/reader type. Work from home a lot, but I also tend to be a very quiet person overall.
