The home is located in the heart of Newberry, just a couple of minutes’ drive away from the main street, Newberry College, and downtown. The home has a washer-dryer, stovetop oven, microwave, full-size fridge, backyard parking, and a furnished dining and living room. It is a shared property and a quiet neighborhood, so you cannot be unreasonably loud. Two selected roommates will be sharing the hallway bathroom. The bathroom and bedrooms are unfurnished, but both bedrooms are private, spacious, and include closets.

Hello! My name is Miranda Shirley, I’m a 21 yo. Elementary Ed Major at Newberry College. I’m a night-owl, but relatively quiet for the most part. My main hobbies include drawing, playing video games, TTRPGs, voice acting, and I’ll definitely be cooking in the kitchen! I’m looking for two roommates, so it will be you, me, and one other tenant!
