Tucked away in the back of the property, this cozy studio offers a quiet and comfortable place to land. The space includes a TV, refrigerator, en suite bathroom, walk in closet, and a kitchenette area with buffet/storage space to help make it feel like home.

Outside, you’re welcome to enjoy the shared gazebo and firepit — perfect for morning coffee, reading, relaxing after work, or winding down under the evening sky.

The home is located in the Silver Lake area of South Everett, a convenient and established neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and everyday essentials. Silver Lake, Mill Creek, and major routes like I-5 are all nearby, making it easy to get where you need to go while still coming home to a quieter setting.

And full disclosure: the property comes with a four-legged ambassador. A very friendly dog lives here and considers greeting people part of her official duties. If you love dogs, you’ll probably fall for her pretty quickly. Pets may be considered depending on whether they get along well with the resident pup.

If you’re looking for something a little more peaceful and homey than a large apartment complex, this may be a good fit.
