Looking for a female roommate to sign a new lease together at Emerald Manor Apartments in Pacific Beach with a June 1 move-in.

2 bed / 1 bath apartment. Rent is $1,248 per person per month. Security deposit is $600 per person ($1,200 total) and the application fee is $45 per applicant. The complex offers 2 weeks free rent, a pool, BBQ area, and laundry facilities in each building. Uncovered parking is $45/month or garage parking is $75/month.

Spectrum WiFi and utilities would be split between us, with utilities typically around $60 per person per month. The complex is located in a quieter area of PB while still being close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The complex is pretty quiet, so it wouldn’t be the best fit for someone who is into partying. No pets are allowed.

I’m graduating from USD this weekend and will be working full-time in San Diego. I’m Christian, attend church every week, serve regularly at my church, and attend Bible study regularly. I also enjoy volunteering and being involved in my community.

I’m clean, responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and easygoing. I enjoy going to the gym, spending time at the beach, trying new restaurants, exploring San Diego, and spending time with friends.

Ideally looking to connect with someone soon, but I’d like to find the right long-term fit. I’m hoping to find a roommate who is clean, communicative, responsible with rent and bills, and respectful of shared spaces.
