I am looking for someone to share a 2 Bed 1 Bath at Longmeadow Landings. It is on the third floor. I have internet and utilities set up. There are washers and dryers on the property, but not in the apartment. The living room will be furnished. The total rent is $1765 per month. Since I will be in the bigger bedroom, I am proposing we split the rent as follows: Bigger bedroom - $965 Smaller bedroom - $800 WiFi - $25 per person Utilities - $60 - $150 per person (I have not lived in Groton yet, so I am not a 100% sure about how much it could be. I heard it’s cheaper in Groton. This is based on my previous room in Norwich) P.S - We do not have a microwave, but I am willing to buy it if needed. There is a dishwasher, stove, and fridge.

I am clean, 25 years old, and outdoorsy. I would be out most of the time, especially in the summer. I am a structural engineer and love mountain biking, hiking, whitewater, geography (huge nerd), and traveling. I am always planning my next trip when I have a chance.
