About the room

I have a large furnished (or unfinished) room for rent with a private bathroom and a extremely comfortable queen size bed in a newly remodeled apartment in Citrus Heights. There is an oversized washer and dryer in the unit as well as a spacious patio, nightly trash pickup valet service, and a whole lot of other goodies. Including EV Charging, super easy parking, newly remodeled gym, sparkling pool, spa, and walking trails/nature reserve attached to the property.

My ideal roomate is a reliable, authentic, considerate, clean person who shares in my standards of keeping a tidy uplifting home environment. Importantly you must love dogs! I have the privilege of living with the most adorable sweethearts that would surely love to snuggle with you every chance they get 😊

The room is available now. $900 monthly rent. A portion of some, but not all utilities shared. Refundable deposit of $900 to insure no theft and care of my things, which you’re obviously welcome to use 🙂
