Aside from the Private bathroom, you will have Full access to the entire apartment or shall we say, In unit privileges, include, In unit washer/dryer, Wifi, Kitchen, oven, dining area, living room, patio that has a direct view of the pool.

About the current roommate(Me): I’m super relaxed and chill, I keep to myself and mutual respect is one of my main values, I do not judge. I will give you complete privacy in the other room.
